In playing with some data, I came across every U.S. county and the percent obese for each one.

Most Obese Counties

1. Greene County, Alabama (48%)
2. Coahoma County, Mississippi (47%)
3. (tie at 45%)
  Jefferson County, Mississippi
  Ziebach County, South Dakota
5. (tie at 44%)
  Sioux County, North Dakota
  Sunflower County, Mississippi
  Lowndes County, Alabama
  Noxubee County, Mississippi

The bottom counties are in Wyoming, New Mexico, and of course Colorado, the lowest overall of all states.
