One in four U.S. parents believes some vaccines cause autism in healthy children, but even many of those worried about vaccine risks think their children should be vaccinated.So one-in-four believe this, despite studies finding no connection between the two. In terms of what people know, science always seems to be the weakest link. Then again, one-in-four also probably believe man and dinosaurs walked the Earth at the same time. But that's a harmless -- if stupid -- belief. Not getting shots for your kid, or trying to convince others not to do it, that risks the nation's public health.
